Abstract: It can be stated, that concerning the migration crisis a growing terror threat outlines through the examination of the perpetrators of recent terror acts. However this threat may even increase in the near future due to the suppression of the Islamic State. If the complex and persistent settlement of this issue will further be delayed, the migration will generate a serious terror threat for the next generations, as we can see the french and belgian examples of it.

Abstract: How do terrorists or their supporters move and transfer money? This study examines the most widely used methods of the Islamic States and its supporters. When terrorists move money, they choose methods that take into consideration issues of: anonymity, security, risk, simplicity, costs and speed. This study analyzes some of the methods used by the Islamic States and the so-called foreign terrorist fighters (FTF). It draws on some cases and examples, including the most recent cases of the Islamic State’s use of money service businesses (MSBs), pre-paid debit cards, hawala, cash, Paypal and cryptocurrency.
