The expression of unmanned aerial vehicle or UAV and the related technology used to be general in the past only in the professional defence, law enforcement and secret service areas. Hearing the words UAV’s, or drones, even today a lot of people think of the reconnaissance and offensive aerial vehicles deployed against terrorists and typically marketed by the western powers, even though there are a number of definitions just to identify such phenomena. It follows that if we want to do research into the risk factors posed by such vehicles and find solutions to them, first we need to find a common interpretation of the related expressions.

EU energy dependence is a significant security risk factor. Already the European Security Strategy adopted in 2003 as an integral part of the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) looked upon it as a risk, but the demand for a common energy policy reached the level of acting upon it only in 2006 when the Green Paper: A European strategy for sustainable, competitive and secure energy and the Action Plan for Energy Efficiency were adopted. This paper discusses the different sources of energy separately, including the relevant risks, problems, and proposals for solutions.

The objective of Islam, as of all monotheist religions, is to regulate the relationship between God and man as well as between man and man. These two objectives can be achieved through the same means: one must be at peace with God’s will and accept it without any reservations whatsoever. God’s will consist of the proclamations given to Mohammad. There are two sources: one is the Quran that cites God’s (Allah’s) will word by word, and the other one is the Sunnah containing the teachings, deeds and sayings of Muhammad, which is put into writing in the Hadith.
